Chicken Rissoles

 

·   Butter

·   300g chicken breast

·   1 carrot

·   1 onion

·   1 cup of tasty cheese, shredded

·   2 teaspoons coriander

 

 

 

1.Melt butter in a pan then add carrot and onion, cooking until soft.

2.Cut up chicken breast then place into a food processor. Add carrot and onion mixture, tasty cheese and coriander. Pulse until well combined.

3.Melt butter in a pan and then add spoonfuls of mixture to the pan. Cook until golden brown on all sides.

4.Allow them to cool then serve up as a snack
